During the 1980's, Steve Everhart worked for one of the largest RV dealerships in North Carolina. He worked in a fast paced environment with a large amount of customers, which provided him with a great learning experience. During consideration of starting his own RV business, Steve knew that he only desired a small and friendly dealership with a slower pace.
Steve started his business full time July 16, 1992, with only $2,200.00 and a lot of determination. In July of 1994, he changed the company name to Affordable RV's and in February 2002 he relocated the dealership to its current location for easier highway access.
Steve has designed an intimate dealership to handle a full range of inventory that is displayed on concrete pads for customer comfort and convenience.
